Clips is the windows ClipBoard Utility

The project was created to simulate the behavior of that Klipper utility of linux that manages the data of the clipboard.
How Klipper clips can catalog copy / paste them into a chronology so as to be easily found and reused without having to go back to the source file,
It is also able to locate a copy of the basic form of Internet connections (http://www ....) and if necessary navigate to or perform a simple copy of the link.
